Unfortunately, I’m no longer recognised by AXA.
Due my reluctance to become ‘fee assured’ and tied into their fee structure, therefore dropping my fees by up to 40%, AXA have taken the decision to de-recognise me and not allow me to see or treat any of their clients.
Patients are asking whether they can ‘top up’ from their AXA reimbursement, but unfortunately AXA are also not allowing this.
I’m sorry if this comes as a disappointment to any AXA patients, but unfortunately from 1 October 2025, I will no longer be able to see AXA patients unless patients decide to self fund their treatment.
